"I originally wanted to book from the 14th to the 18th but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that so I ended up booking one night and then after a couple of false starts I managed to book the other 3 nights. The first night I had a room with a shower which was very nice (lovely in fact). However the wi fi was terrible downstairs but works a lot better upstairs as I had to change rooms because of not being able to book all 4 nights at the same time. Really good otherwise."

"The parking is very easy, you just enter you car registration on a screen in reception. The guy at reception was very proficient and friendly. The room was small, basic but very clean and comfortable. There are shops around with 2 minutes, so like Waitrose, Lidl (actually underneath the hotel), Home Bargains and even a Weatherspoons! "Very nice staff very friendly room nice with very comfortable bed also quiet. Only problem if you have difficulty using stairs inform hotel before booking. I was right on top floor 3 and a bit floors up had difficulty with luggage and stairs. Apart from that a nice hotel"

"This place is great in so many respects, but particularly in regards to the location to a beautiful part of the city of Bath. The guest house is right in between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. Everything you might want is within walking distance including some great restaurants. We highly recommend this facility. I can't comment on the staff since we had no interaction with them. The guest house used a lockbox to provide us with our keys."

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "
