"I hate that I couldn't give a higher rating, but I just can't. While I loved the view from the apartment and the only employee working there was great, my stay was a roller coaster of bad and good. The listing says there is a microwave, a dryer, and a private bathroom, but that is not true. There is a washer and a drying rack. Because the property is so high up and the balcony where the drying rack is located is, takes several days to get your clothes dry. The listing says non-smoking, but...

"Breakfast time is too late. From 8:30 to 11 a.m. If you have a meeting with client in the morning, you can not have a breakfast in the hotel. No laundry service, for longer stay is not suitable. "

"The hotel on the map was different location to the pictures in the ad. After $1000 in data and numerous taxi rides we arrived at the hotel in the pictures. "We got let down by another hotel a week before travelling and the Irshad was still available to take us in just before the F1 race weekend. It's got a lot of good points - the staff speak English (not always great but miles better than my Azerbaijani or Russian!) and are really helpful and friendly, it's got 24-hour access with a reception that is always staffed which was really useful.
