"The room was beautiful with an amazing view.
The staff was beyond nice and accommodating.
They even spoke English.
The food was ok. The french toast was really good.
Only comment I would have is for the kitchen to serve one table at the same time. We had two occasions where we already finished diner while our daughter was still waiting for her food.
But don’t let that hold you back. Amazing place!"
"IMPORTANT: the Expedia app places this hotel incorrectly in the very touristy and crowded West Street area whereas in fact it is located about a 10 minute drive outside of Yangshuo.
It’s a beautiful location on a hillside behind roadside buildings in Jima Village. It is a very quiet area within a cheap and easy DiDi ride from West Street.
On phone apps (like DiDi) it’s referred to as Yangshuo Milan Shanshe Ancient Architecture Cultural Hotel or
Yangshuomo Lanshan Shegujian Culture Minsu (Yulonghe Scenic Area Shop)
Address:

It’s a wonderful place with great staff, very tasteful design, excellent food in the restaurant, and a very nice pool. The gym is small, but open air, with a commanding a great view of the grounds and surroundings. Most of the staff speak English and are quite friendly and helpful.
The hotel also has easy access on foot, bike, or scooter to the adjacent river.
Highly recommended!

"We left the hotel the next morning. The only one elevator broke and we were on the 5th floor. My wife is handicap and this was the final straw that bre my tolerance. No staff spoke English, no cofee for breakfast, no silverware, food was awefall. Pictures looked great, the property is ran down, in a bad area. Ah,tge toilet stopped workung after one flash, no tv, a projection screen hard to see during the day and local chinese channels only. "
"We loved this hotel. Location is amazing, building looks new. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff and in the reception Maya gave us attention with all we need.
We stayed in a room with a patio view but we used the rooftop bar to have the river view.
We rented bikes from the hotel for just 40yenes for a full day around.

"Unbeatable location with incredible views. A quick taxi ride to West Street but lovely and tranquil away from the hubbub. A beautiful and interesting and very well designed property. The staff were all warm and friendly and welcoming. Excellent high quality breakfast in a beautiful setting. I definitely recommend this hotel as the place to stay in Yangshuo, especially if you prefer to share a space with like-minded independent travelers. "
"Beautiful clean resort with friendly staff. The whole resort truly has the Zen vibe. Complementary tai chi session with the master every morning. Walk to the Yulong River. Highly recommended and will return. "
"It’s a very nice boutique hotel. The room is clean, spacious and love the toilet with all the fancy stuff.
The staff are friendly with a little English, but it’s not a problem. We can communicate using the google translate App. Location is in a quiet area, needs to take a taxi/Didi to go to a city centre. I highly recommend this hotel."
