"요새 펜션들 호텔못지않게 가격이 어마어마한데 저렴한 가격으로 너무 잘놀다왔어요 오래되보여서 기대안했는데 관리를 잘하셨는지 굉장히 깔끔한느낌이고 아늑합니다 야외 바베큐도 풍경이 너무좋고 바로앞에 계곡이 있어 놀기에도 좋고 티비도 크고 화장실도 깔끔하고 다 좋았어요 한가지 아쉬운건 이불이 조~~금 오래된거같았어요"

"I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

"This place is the perfect getaway from the city if you want to relax and listen to the sound of water flowing down the stream, birds chirping and waking up to a forest view. I stayed in the red room, which had a HUGE deck, perfect for doing yoga and meditation, though it is a little old as well as the furniture. "The owner was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and cheery! Even though through the language barrier he did his very best offered rides since we did not own a car and helped us whenever we needed it is definitely hard to find but so worth it and the surrounding area is absolutely GORGEOUS❤️!"

"'더시크릿 양평'을 예약했고 체크인 당일까지 이용안내 문자 조차 없어서 불안한 마음에 기재된 연락처로 전화했지만 통화가 불가했습니다. 이미 출발한 터라 취소할 상황도 아니어서 결국 호텔스닷컴을 통해 연락을 취할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 온수 고장으로인해 이용할 수 없으니 운영하는 또다른 숙소인 '풀빌라 샤이니 리버'로 가서 체크인하라고 하더군요. (체크아웃날 관리회사에서 연락을 주기로 했으나, 일주일이 지나도 연락이 없는 상황입니다.) 하는 수없이 '풀빌라 샤이니 리버'로 갔는데 예약했던 컨디션보다 떨어지는 룸이었고 현관문 열쇠 잠금도 어려울 정도로 노후된 시설에, 에어컨이 고장나서 꺼지지 않았고, 고장님 LED등이며, 욕실 곰팡이며 1박 20만원대라고는 생각할 수 없을 정도의 상태였습니다. 야외 바베큐 기기 세척상태도 그렇고, 그 옆의 의자와 테이블엔 거미줄이 잔뜩 쳐져 있어서 휴지로 닦고 앉는 것조차 힘든 상황이었습니다. "

"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. Hot meals, salads, soft drinks and a bottle of wine are included in to-go box. Jenny Jung from the club lounge is very professional and friendly. Our stay was a pleasant one."
