Acceptable
Overall was okay. First room I checked-in was not in good order, i.e. air-con and hot shower did not work. The staffs were helpful they arranged for a new room upon my request. China Town and Sule Pagoda is within a walking distance. Don’t expect for big breakfast, it was only a box of mini sausage bun and drinking water. That’s ok for me.

Do not take a standard room
We booked and prepaid a standard double room without knowing it was a windowless smelly room in the first floor, next to the reception and it's noises and next to the power generator of the building next door. We tried to change rooms but the one they had available was just as bad. No change possible as the rooms were prepaid for 2 nights but this was really a terrible experience for 20 usd a night... Btw the breakfast is just a coffee mix with a bun you have to eat in the reception as there is not table.

In the middle of China Town and close to bbq st.
The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is not luxurious, but for the price and location, it was perfect for my needs. Did provide a coffee, pastry, and sometimes a bannana for free breakfast. Staff were very nice. Room cleaning was done only by request. Laundry service was convenient. I stayed over three weeks and found the hotel to be mostly very quiet and safe. No street noise. I would stay again.

Value for Money
The room was of sufficient size for a solo traveller. Definitely value for money at S$20 per night. Only slight gripe is that there might be cigarette smell occasionally although I was staying in a non-smoking room. To manage your expectations, the breakfast provided is a bun, bottle of water and a packet of instant coffee. But at that price per night, you cant really complain. Venue was near 19th avenue Chinatown which has lots of food options. Overall, I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Chinatown convenience
Great location: lots of food options, shopping big and small, some sights, near- and long-distance transportation (taxi, train, bus). I kept extending my stay, night after night, to continue exploring downtown Yangon. The staff are friendly and jump to provide assistance. They helped me book a last-minute bus to Pathein and flagged down a taxi to the western highway bus station. Daily housekeeping is thorough. The included breakfast is basic (small bottle of water, instant coffee, cheese + mayo (?) sandwich from Parisian bakery). The wall A/C is efficient and effective. Shower water can be very hot (you can control the temperature) and has good water pressure. Wifi works well enough for e-mail and basic surfing. Nice bedsheets and fluffy pillow. I had an interior room - no exterior window, which was fine with me. Instead, there was a frosted window to the hallway, which transmitted enough light into the room at night that it wasn't that dark (not dark enough). A curtain would be nice. Some of the neighbors were sometimes noisy late at night (watching videos, phone conversations, etc.) - their noise would spill into the main hallway and then echo into other rooms.

Smashing little place, but not for the claustrophobic. Each room has everything you need: bed, tv, a/c, desk, chair, private bathroom. Compact package tho. Since I'm out all day, it suited me perfectly. Clean & modern...

Right at the middle of where I want it to be, the China Town of Yangon. Close to the night Market - Foods are delicious. Easy access to taxi for going around the city. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Clean and Excellent Location Budget Hotel
It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I really cannot ask for more for this price. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. For the price that I paid, the services that I received are definitely much more than the price tag. It's totally beyond my expectation. The private room is clean, comfortable, with bathroom and toilet, and a working desk. The floor is wooden floor with air-conditioning working so well. The shower is with hot water and really working so well too. The bed size is also quite big, almost like a queen size bed with comfortable pillow and blanket/ quilt. They also provided me with water supplies in the lobby, both hot and drinking water. The staffs also helped me with my luggage from lobby to room. Location is quite strategic, 10 minutes walk to Sule Pagoda and all the old colonial buildings, 1 minute to Chinatown, 25 minutes walk to Bogyoke Aung San Market, 35 minutes walk to Swedagon Pagoda. You can also easily get a taxi to airport from here.

地図の位置が若干違うが、スーレーまで少し距離があるので立地抜群とは言い難い。とにかく部屋が狭い。朝食では2人しか座れない。

コスパに優れた宿。BBQ通りが近いし、まわりは食堂多いし、近くにスーパーあるし観光拠点として利用するなら立地条件最高。 スタッフは親切で、傘貸してくれたり気づかいしてくれます。 複数日宿泊したがその間ハウスキーピングは無し。 まあこの値段なんで仕方ないかな。 あとエレベーターが無いので足腰が悪い方はツラいと思う。

チャイナタウンのBBQ　St．の近く。 部屋は狭く、換気も悪いが値段なり。 掃除はしっかりなされているので清潔。 朝食は菓子パンとコーヒーがつくが、近くにおいしい食堂がたくさんあるので、そちらを利用するのがおススメ。 従業員は親切。

コスパ良し！
宿は泊まるだけの人にオススメします。近くにナイトマーケット、チャイナタウンがあるので食べるのには困りません。ただすぐ近くにスーパーやコンビニがなかなか見つけられず個人の商店で飲み物は買いました。3日目にしてスーパーは見つけましたが。観光するにもタクシーを使えば近くにたくさんパゴダがあるのでいいです。

Guest house sijaitsee ihan hyvällä paikalla lähellä ruokatoria (iltatori, joka on pitkä kadunpätkä). Tämä paikka on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Itse kävelin joka kerta, mutta joillekin se olisi ehkä liian pitkä matka. Kadulla sijaitsee kivoja paikallisravintoiloita, josta saa edullista ruokaa. Itse huone on tulikkuaskin kokoinen, ilman ikkunaa. Wifi toimi kohtuullisen hyvin. Majoituin huoneessa 4 yötä, eikä lakanoita tai pyyhkeitä vaihdettu sinä aikana. Ne likaantuivat aika paljon, kun huoneessa tulee vietettyä aikaa lähinnä sängyn päällä. Häiritsevin tekijä oli kuitenkin hienoinen homeen haju ja kosteus. Kylpyhuoneen kosteus tulee läpi, eikä tuuletus ole tarpeeksi tehokas. Myös kaikki äänet, esim. muiden asukkaiden vessanvetämiset kuuluvat läpi. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Ehkä kuitenkin seuraavalla kerralla olisin tässä paikassa vain enintään 1-2 yötä.

ヤンゴンは、宿泊代が高いので値段相応のお部屋です。 お湯もたっぷり出るし、ネットも問題ありません。 大通りに違く、食事や買い物には困りません。 チャイナタウンは、屋台や朝市が多く、ヤンゴンの日常生活を垣間見れる楽しい場所でした。 スタッフも、皆さん親切です。

Hotel in the heart of Yangon.
Good service, Best location and easy to walk around Downtown. The hotel located near Sule Pagoda, Bogyoke market, Junction City shopping center. Many street food are around the hotel. I'm recommended.

Shower water pressure and temperature good. Sheets Cleanliness. Towel fabric is thick and good quality. Chinatown food store abundant. Check-in flexibility. Private room while being narrow. Privacy is more important than dormitory. For people who want to refrain from the price of intermediate hotel.

悪い点、 カードキースイッチ式強制電源オフ、窓なし、シャワーヘッド固定式、ハウスキーピングは3日続けて出来上がってない(マネージャーを呼び本気で注意した)、朝食は菓子パンとインスタントコーヒーと水で質素、初日タオル臭い、５階建てＥＶなし、リビングやダイニング無し、棚収納スペース小、換気口から隣近所の騒音、極小アリの列、万が一火災時に脱出の備え、ホスピタリティ教育の欠如 良い点、 改装間なしで多少綺麗、シャワー水圧と温度良し、シーツ清潔、タオル生地は厚手の良質、中華街食べ物屋豊富、チェックイン柔軟 インド街の４ベッドドミトリーから宿換えでここへ。 狭いながら一様個室の為、ドミトリーよりプライバシーを、保ちながら中級ホテルより価格を、控えたい方向け。

中華街の中にあります。徒歩で観光するには便利です。
市場や屋台が近くにあり、スーレーパゴダ、アウンサン市場も徒歩圏内で、歩いてブラブラするには便利な場所です。部屋は狭いですが、最低限のものは揃っています。部屋の掃除はありませんが、タオルはお願いすればコインケース交換してくれます。朝食はパン1個とミネラルウォーターとインスタントコーヒーです。
