We stayed there for less than a day; we had a 1am flight from Yangon and had stayed the previous two nights at The Strand in downtown Yangon but wanted a place to rest near the airport for a couple of hours before the flight without paying the $300+ a night at the Strand. Of all our Myanmar hotel stays, all others being priced at least twice the cost of this one, this had by far the most genuine approach to service. The staff really went above and beyond; the food at the little restaurant was very good and the SPA had prices at a fraction of what was asked elsewhere. The room we had (we only booked a basic room since the idea was a little pool time for the 7 year old, a nap before the flight and a possible SPA visit for my wife) was a normal (I think called Deluxe) room, but it was spacious, a roll-in bed was only $30 (as opposed to 4 times that in the hotel in Bagan); the bathroom was functional and we felt we got very good value for money. The hotel is near the airport - which sort of means it's not near anything else most people care for in Yangon and while taxis are cheap and plentiful, traffic can be slow and you might lose some time going to places from this hotel. Wifi wasn't superfast, but more reliable than at some other hotels Myanmar
