The location is fairly good, the room was okay (shower was finicky/bad diverter); the main reason I gave this hotel a 4-star instead of 5 is the lack of English proficiency in the front-desk and a subsequent problem with the room fridge: it took almost an hour to have them replace the fridge with a functional one -- and most of that time was in repeated attempts to describe the problem.

開業して半年らしくホテルはとても綺麗です。掃除も行き届いています。 また、あまり多くの宿泊客は滞在してません。 基本、中華資本ですので、中国人宿泊客が中心です。 ロケーション 市内の東西南北に行く場合の中心的な位置で便利です。部屋からの眺めは緑がたくさんあり、また、いくつかのパゴダが見えますのでとてもいいです。 ホテルの外にディスパッチャーがいてタクシーの手配をしてくれますが、適正価格かどうかわかりません。因みにタクシーはメーターが無く価格交渉が原則。 近くにコンビニなどは無いので物資の調達は不便です。 設備 すべてが新しいです。ただし、急ごしらえで細かいところや仕上げは雑ですが、今のところ気にならないです。 施設 ツアーデスクなどまだなく、コネクションもないので、市内の行動や観光の手配は別途自分で行わなくてはいけません。 レストラン以外の付帯設備はありません。 近くにコンビニなど無し。 スタッフ 皆若いです。経験少なくて、困惑することがありますが、全てのスタッフは一生懸命対応してくれました。 ただ、こちらの要求が十分満足できるかというとそうではありません。 総じて、新しく若いスタッフのホテルで、今一歩ホテル機能に難があります。
