I have travelled in Myanmar since 2006. I booked this hotel for two nights for its location the China town. Four hrs after my checkin at sharp midnight, 3-4 Burmese young hooligans (two men and 1-2 women) came into my floor. They were extremely loud and yelling all over on the hallway and their room. ...

Grace Treasure Hotel
I requested for refund as there is no booking confirmation at all when I arrived at the hotel. Hotel.com refused to refund back to me. Please advised.

City Central Inn
Drunken hotel staffs at the lobby, in front of the guests. House keeping staffs and reception staffs are not well coordinated. Online booking is not efficient and create more troubles for the hotel reception staffs and guests.
