Bit tired, but comfortable. Except,- pillows were hard, blinds did not lock out all light. Road noise. Otherwise fine, would use again, ( and bring my own pillow)!

We were at The Carmel for 3 nights and they did not change the linen during our stay or make the bed. We didn't make a request but I had expectations that if guests were staying for more than 1 night that someone would attend to the room. Apart from this, the location was good and the staff very helpful.
