"Stayed for 9 nights with a family of 4 and our stay was fantastic. The people at the front desk were fantastic with some helpful suggestions for dinner. The rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the hotel is close to many convenience stores which have everything. Highly recommend and would stay back there when I come back to Tokyo."

"This was new one for me... a completely unmanned hotel. Check-in is done talking to someone remotely on a video screen; a door code is given to get into the hotel, and another door code to get into your room (there are no keys). The room had a mini-fridge. Instead of a TV, it had a projector and a screen. The place was very clean, although (surprising for Japan) there was a shower but no bathtub. Rooms facing the street will have some noise on occasion, but it's not a big street. A city bus goes...

"Just finished a four day stay at the hotel and it was a great stay. We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. The staff was so attentive and professional. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. "

"I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

"Located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to 7-11, family mart and other grocery stores. Close to Nishi-Shinjuku and Maranouchi subway. A 20-30min walk to Shinjuku major station. "The bus stop is located directly across the street, and the train station is an 8-minute walk away. If you don't mind using public transportation, this location is perfect for you. We traveled all around Tokyo, and if you're familiar with Google Maps, you'll be able to easily catch the bus right in front of the lobby."

"Petite chambre suffisamment confortable pour 1 persone. Il y a assez de rangements. Surtout si vous faites des achats-cadeaux. Possibilité de faire sa lessive pour très peu. Le personnel est très très gentil et serviable. L'accès au bus ou métro est très proche et le quartier très calme. Petits commerces très très proches également. Je recommande ! vivement. "

"Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common."

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Good aiport hotel, very convenient especially if you arriving at terminal 3 and catching another flight tomorrow morning. Shuttle buses are avaiable to move to other telerminals. The room is small and decent (comparable to other Japanese hotel). And the breakfast is very good!"
