"Staff is nice , however The tatami bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also had to set up the bedding ourselves, which was inconvenient. The room was very cold and there was no proper heating provided, which made the stay less comfortable, especially at night. In addition, the shared toilet and bathroom were not very convenient."
