clean and quiet room; good breakfast; near the bus stop; great city view; The hotel can help to receive package and stores luggage in front desk for multiple days. But the heater is so hot, unable to switch off. The breakfast buffet start at 0630am, the guest unable to take the first bus to the Zao onsen.

朝食に、目の前で焼いてくれたオムレツが美味しくて、おかわりしたくなりました。山形の郷土料理が小鉢に何種類も用意されていて、どれも美味しかったので、時間があれば制覇したかったです。一緒に宿泊した友人はお米の美味しさを絶賛していました。あと、濃厚なヨーグルトもおすすめです。

古いが、清掃などは努力してる印象でした

フロントの対応は穏やかでよかったです。 ホテル自体は古く、客室も年季が入ってる印象。球切れなのか、部屋の電気も、電球はあるのにつかない部分がありました。バスルームはすこし生乾きの匂いがして不快だったのと、バスタオルがとても臭かったです。おじさんの匂いわからないけど、そんな印象の匂い。思わずくっっっさ！！！と言ってしまいました。フェイスタオルは普通だったので一泊だったのもありなんとかフェイスタオルで乗り切りました。冷房切っても部屋は少し寒かったかな。

今回足を怪我して松葉杖だったのですが、タクシー乗り場からスーツケースを部屋まで移動してくれて、 翌朝は近くのバスセンターまでスーツケースを移動してくれたので、とても助かりました。 本当に感謝です。

立地良好で温かみのある朝食が魅力のホテル

一人旅で3泊宿泊しました。少し年季を感じるホテルではありますが、繁華街に近く、観光や食事にも便利な立地で、快適に過ごすことができました。予約したシングルルームの広さは一般的で、不便さは感じませんでした。 バスルームについては、バスタブがやや古くて狭く、大柄な私には湯船につかるのは難しかったですが、シャワーは問題なく使用でき、水圧も十分でした。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で、芋煮汁とご飯はスタッフがよそってくれるスタイル。特に芋煮汁はとても美味しく、地元ならではの味を楽しめました。オムレツや小鉢に入った料理もどれも丁寧に作られており、美味しく頂きました。朝から贅沢な気分になれる内容でした。 次回も山形を訪れる際には、ぜひまた宿泊したいと思えるホテルです。
