フロント対応のおじさん？とバイキングのときアルコール提供してたメガネかけた女の人すごく態度が悪くて感じ悪かった。他の方はすごく良かったのに、、、ご飯は最高でした！山形の名物料理もたべられたし良かった。高い値段出してる割には部屋が少し残念、アメニティとか人数分そろってなかったしもう少し改善されたらいいな

ゆっくり楽しむ家族旅行にぴったり

家族旅行で初めて滞在しました。中庭がまずとても素敵で、スタッフの皆さんが、笑顔で挨拶して下さり、一丸となって、お客さんを歓迎しようという心遣いが感じられました。ビュッフェも時間帯を複数設けて、待ち時間が、長くならないように配慮されていました。お料理も種類が沢山あって、家族みんな大満足でした。

不會再次造訪的住宿經驗

飯店門口還算寬敞(飯店接送客戶車輛也停在門口),自駕車停門口下車遭飯店老員工驅趕, 同車五人拖著行李從停車場入飯店, 飯店設備老舊,浴室清潔度不足,蓮蓬頭冷熱無法調製適中只能用盆子裝水入浴,早晚餐一般,團客多. 有機會也不會再來......

お盆休みにリーズナブルに宿泊出来た。

周りに子供と遊ぶ所が少ないので、ホテルのプレイルームにある卓球とドンジャラはとても助かりました。 露天風呂が小さいのと、米沢牛の牛丼には 少しガッカリしました。 ローストビーフはとても美味しかったので、 夕食バイキングはまあまあでした。 朝食バイキングのオムレツは美味しかったので、今後の夕食のバイキングに期待します。

Love the place. Great destination and the hotel. It well remains Japanese traditions with comfortable & convenient experience. Friendly staff and good environment. Reasonable price. Onsen is the best. Only need more instruction in English to make our experience even better.

大きいホテルだったので、棟を確認しないと食堂や大浴場が遠くて大変だよ！夕食、朝食はバイキング形式だったけど、食べ物や飲み物の種類もそこそこ有って、味も美味しくて満足したよ。

Weekend of relaxation

Enjoyed my stay here in Kaminoyama, near Yamagata. I arrived late after a long day of overseas travel and front desk was very helpful. They made check in easy and walked me directly to my room. My futon bed was made when I arrived, so sleeping was quick and effortless. I was given my breakfast and dinner vouchers at check in. Breakfast was good as it was buffet style with many choices. Traditional Japanese dishes were the focus, but many Western choices were available also. The dinner was much more elaborate than breakfast. Many styles to pick from - tempura, sashimi, and traditional, all with local ingredients. It was very enjoyable. Autumn was at its best as trees were turning to their colorful splendor. The baths on site were excellent. Very relaxing with indoor and outdoor choices. The gift shop had many Yamagata selections to chose from. All in all, a great stay.
