This hotel is absolutely lovely. Amazing rooms, staff are super friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean.
The location is great and the promenade is the perfect place to take a stroll into the marina and beyond.
We will 100% be returning.
Thank you Mirador x
The rooms were well maintained and the facilities were great. I would have to say the option for food for dinner was not great. Better options can be provided.
Room - Big room with good pool/sea view and large balcony (extra). The worst thing is the lack of double beds, and the pushed together singles with separate duvets - they slip apart if you move to the middle leaving a gap - not very romantic if you can't lie in your partner's arms on holiday!
Daily housekeeping fine, although they forgot to replace the instant coffee and milk sachets a couple of times. Shower pressure a bit low (large rainfall overhead in small bath).
Food - Good breakfast (fresh orange and coffee quite good), although they could serve poached eggs. Dinner was a bit samey every day but of reasonable quality. The fish offering was limited most days to small farmed sea bream fillets, which was a shame given the availability of fish and seafood on the island. One day (in a week), they served prawns and mussels as well, which was good. There was plenty nice salad and dessert.
Staff - There weren't that many staff around, but all were very nice and helpful, very efficient and welcoming.
Pool area - There were plenty of sunbeds and the pool is fine with occasional jacuzzi seats. There were a few kids but mostly pensioner aged guests. The "cave spa" costs an extra 20 euro for two hours - it's not a cave, it's plastic wall covering.
Location - There's no beach - the closest is 10 mins up the coast in front of larger hotel. It's a 15min walk to the Rubicon Marina area.
The hotel staff were very friendly and the spa in particular is well worth a visit. The rooms were fine and the pool area is nice in the sun. Drink options are quite varied with an upcharge for branded drinks which is expected on an all inclusive. The food was average, breakfast probably the best out of the 3 main meals. Food was quite badge and bland with not masses of choice but it was average.
Lovely hotel, quiet, chilled out, plenty of sun beds, decent food, good drinks options, good facilities.
A bit out of town, but that worked for us.

Overall the hotel was tired with lots of examples of wear and tear that had not been addressed. We were all inclusive but one day of this experience put us off and we ate out the remainder of our stay. The food was Luke warm and mushy from being over cooked. The beds were very comfortable. Location is a bit out of the way so car hire is advisable. Ok experience but. No desire to return to this hotel.
Amazing hotel and staff! It is with absolute sincerity that I finally get to set aside a few minutes to thank you for what would have been a disaster if it weren’t for your caring attention concerning my Passport/ Credit cards that I had locked up in the room safe while on vacation earlier this month. Given the time lapse since the incident may support how strongly I feel in gratitude for the way you acted way beyond what could be expected in having my credentials removed from the room safe and delivered to the airport, allowing me to travel home without having to re-book flights and hotelsby Taxi.
The mere thought of the anguish and distress makes me shiver, and I so want you to know that your caring efficiency saved me way beyond the norm and shall remain in my prayerful thoughts for a long time to come.
Highly recommend 🙌

The pool is nice and it’s on a great area but the food was a massive let down and I would have expected better from this brand.
The hotel was on a quiet road and as the bar and entertainment areas were away from guest accommodation we were not disturbed at night. all amenities on site were good. The service from reception was good with any issues (safe door not opening, patio door handle broken) resolved quickly. Housekeeping and bar staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly . The dining experience was abysmal and the quality of food, especially hot food at dinner and breakfast was not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.
Easy check in good size room great sea view as requested large balcony with sunbeds. Staff really helpful. Food ok. Pool area really nice and plenty of sunbeds. Spa extra but worth paying for.
It is great having checkout at 12noon.
Staff was nice and friendly.
Not useful having spa only open from 10 as it would stop you going to see places, missing the morning for it.
Really nice views from the sea from our balcony and if the mountains from the corridor to the room.
Spacious rooms with great sea view. Lots of choice for breakfast & evening meals. Friendly staff

The hotel in a whole was good, the rooms 4 star but the food and amenities I wouldn’t say are on par. Everything was clean but the food was very samey and bland and trying to do too many things at once instead of a theme each night very well.
Overall it was a good stay the entertainment was good just the food and amenities could use with some jazzing up.
The breakfast was fantastic there are a few mixed reviews on the evening meals but personally there wasn't a meal we didn't enjoy.
The pool area is large no shortage on sunbeds and the spa was only €20 each for 90 minutes and the facilities were great!
Could not fault the service it was amazing all staff were really friendly and helpful.
The only issue we had was we had no one attend our room form house keeping for 2 days in a row so we had to request clean towels on those days.
