"Resort has that beachy vibe of a Club Med from back in the 80's, but without the excessive partying. A very relaxed, shorts-and-barefeet feeling where you can go from pool to beach to bar, and charge anything (very reasonably priced) to your room. Room itself is fairly spartan, but the bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning staff is outstanding. Not at all busy when we were there, so it was easy to schedule a masage, as well as cab rides to wherever we needed to go. A well-needed respite...

"We loved our weekend at River Ray! I went with a couple friends and my dog, and we all had a lovely time. Very relaxing at the pool and the beach. We even got upgraded to a sweet villa! The staff we great and it was nice to see other people there with their dogs. But the resort area was still clean! There is beach but need to have a long walk through other property, there are no sunbed, just chairs...there are nothing around hotel need to take a car and have a long drive to find restaurants. Breakfast from 6:30 till 9am :(. We paid more than average in the area, thinking maybe we can get a nice hotel but it was not worth for what we paid for. The bathroom has a bad smell. "We were charged for 2 deluxe rooms and one deluxe but not beach front for a total of 4 millions but when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was not aware of our booking and gave us 3 wooden rooms which were 3 times less expensive. They didn't want to refund the difference which is unacceptable. TO AVOID. Except that the hotel was totally empty and the all structure not well maintained."
