"Room smelled bad towels smelled bad smelled like they weren't washed I think they gave us the horrible room based on our color (black) because other people (white) seem to not complain about smelly towels or room. Breakfast was good that's it staff was decent but the room was Horrible had to buy candles air sanitizer spray and shower disinfectant cleaner"

"I stayed here from May 3rd til 9th 2026. Great location, Easy check in/out. Only bad thing is the turn down service. You need to schedule it a day in advance and when you tried to schedule it, the staff that your supposed to schedule with are rarely there. The week I was their, only seen them once and I didn't have a turn down service at all..only bad thing about this place."
