Falicia was awesome, she went out of her way to show us the direction to get to a grocery store and recommend a great restaurant. Unfortunately housekeeping was terrible .We gave house keeping a heads up when we were leaving and coming back to the room. The room wasn’t cleaned and we waited 45 minutes for them to bring us clean towels. Our sole purpose for this trip was for a wedding, and towel gate made us very late!!

My husband and I along with our granddaughter stayed one night at this property, and I will say the Manager, Jennifer is outstanding, extremely professional and helpful as well as there staff. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is huge and well kept, the rooms are very comfortable & clean, beds, linen, pillows, 👍 We were not able to enjoy the restaurant but look forward to doing so in a future stay.

Very nice hotel property. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bahama Mama waitress in the restaurant was very sweet and kind for breakfast. Nice gym. Close to Sawgrass and shopping. Easy parking.
