Clean and comfortable.

Family owned and operated, staff is friendly and helpful. Not fancy, just the basics. There is much to do and see in the area so you really only need a place to sleep and shower. Clean and comfortable, two blocks (steep walk uphill) from the plaza and downtown area. Would have like to have had maybe a suitcase rack and some place to hang a few items of clothing.

El personal es muy amable y atento, la habitación es de buena calidad y limpia. Ademas, la ubicación de la posada es muy céntrica. Sin embargo, la calidad general fue decepcionante, ya que no tuvimos agua cliente en la ducha.

Great friendly service

Nice place to stay. Recommend it. Quiet and walkable. Doesn’t have a office so you are suppose to call the noted number under the hotel name and a lady will meet you outside. Not a big deal. I gambled and knocked on a door that appeared to be the office as it didn’t have a room number associated to it, and it was the correct one. The lady was extremely nice and was happy to be of service.

La posada Ónix es un sitio sencillo y limpio para hospedarse. Las dueñas son muy amables y hospitalarias. Está muy cerca de la plaza principal, restaurantes y el Museo de Leonora Carrington. Tienen buen Wifi.
