Excellent throughout experience!

Indeed it was a splendid enjoyable stay in Gozo particularly at the Quaint Boutique Hotel. Together with my wife we do not hesitate to recommend the Hotel to other customers looking for a relaxing and yet in the heart of all activities by day and for fine dining with reasonable distances.

Everything was great. The hotel itself is in a beautiful square almost next to a wonderful Dome. The staff was helpfuland kind, they made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was great, very nice selection of fresh food. My partner's faborite was the egg station, the omelette was phenomenal. All in all it was a pleasant stay in Xewkija, Gozo.

Very good hotel. Small but well located and clean. I booked the 2 penthouse rooms which were good - so cannot comment on the other rooms. Centrally located in Gozzo. The only concern is that the reception desk is not always manned to help with customer needs. Also very disappointed about asking the hotel to help with the airport transfer service where charged £85 £4 city tax to share a taxi with another family but when made my own way back cost me £52

The hotel was in a square with a couple restaurants which was nice in the evenings. Otherwise I was rather disappointed. We booked the penthouse suite with a balcony which said it slept 3 but only had a queen bed. I was traveling with my mom and did not want to share a queen bed. The manager offered to downgrade us to a regular room w/ 2 twins with a refund for the difference in room. At our check out I inquired about the refund and she completely reneged the offer. It was very disappointing customer service. The breakfast was ok but I would agree with other reviews that it’s ridiculous to only include regular coffee but to have to pay extra for a latte or cappuccino. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because the staff member who helped us change rooms was so kind and went out of his way to be accommodating and friendly.

This hotel would have gotten highest rating if wifi was available. Without wifi, it was very difficult to navigate Gozo coming from overseas. The staff said wifi was temporary out due to a thunderstorm, but the adjacent businesses all had wifi. 🤔

Romantic getaway in Gozo

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Hotel is situated in a pjazza in the centre of Xewkija, very convenient and parking was not an issue.

La forma de la habitación era irregular y poco aprovechada por lo que te da sensación de no confortable y de poco espacio. A pesar de ser bastante nuevo parece que no está muy cuidado. La pared del baño es de cristal transparente, cero intimidad. El desayuno muy rico a pesar de no ser buffet, cantidad suficiente. Está en un pueblo un poco apartado pero por lo menos se encuentra en la plaza principal de la localidad. No hay personal en recepción las 24h.

Great service and comfortable

After having had an issue during check-in, the staff gave us a free upgrade to another room in few minutes, followed up and made sure everything was fine. They also went out of their way to provide us with alternate comfortable pillows in a matter of minutes. Breakfast was great each time. An extra attention to detail can be given when it comes to cleaning.
