"Pools where excellent and service on them was exceptional. Had access to all of Xcaret parks including transportation, all you need is your bracelet and you have access to all parks, transportation and food. We stay in 5 different rooms for 6 days and unfortunately 1 of the rooms the tv was not working on the left side of the screen and was not able to order in room service because that's the side the menu appears. (We need to order room service for my 81 year mother in law that was on her rest day after 2 days in the parks and you cant take food from the restaurants to the rooms because you suppose to have room service if tv is in working condition) also the phone for that room was not available on the first day."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Reef 28! Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was the “all-inclusive meal option “ stay is not really all-inclusive, since you have to reserve Dinner time before 5pm. If you are out doing activities, you may not have chance to eat dinner if you forgot to reserve, which for us makes it a deal breaker for a next time. In addition, most of the tasty menu items are add-ons and not included in the meals. Overall, it’s a good, quiet location to stay and relax."

"The beaches were beautiful and everything was lovely; I absolutely loved the place. The only things I didn't really like were the bathroom—which is very small—and the refrigerator, which didn't work. Also, it would be good if they offered more spicy food, because everything was bland, and the tacos were very small and upset my stomach."
