"The people working there was nice, welcoming and helpful, but thats about the only positive quality it had. There was an A/C but it didnt work, power socket didnt work, not even a toilet seat.. it's R150 for a basic toilet seat it's not much to ask for in a room. There was a large amount of dust in the room, to a point you could feel it coming down from the roof while you were laying in bed. The place looks like it might have been nice 10 years ago but hasnt seen a day of maintanance in years....

"We were blown away. The photos online don’t do this resort justice — in person, the property is even more beautiful. It’s the perfect mix of relaxing and luxurious, with a spa, full-service restaurant, and amenities that make you never want to leave. But what truly set this place apart was how much they care about guest safety. It reminded me of my teen years when your parents wanted every detail before a date 😅 When our tour guides arrived, the resort logged their vehicle info and took a copy of their ID. They know exactly who you’re with and where you’re going. That level of responsibility gave us such peace of mind. We stayed in the family lodge and it was perfect. Fully furnished, gated yard, private pool, and BBQ area — ideal for families who want space and privacy. A special shoutout to Sphiwe. Please ask for her! Her hospitality was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made our stay unforgettable. We’ll be back Chandra"
