Outdated rooms but not off-putting. Musty smell in the room. Friendly staff from check-in to check-out. We left too early for breakfast, they packed us a box of ready to eat snacks. This was much appreciated

Stopover Hotel on Bike trip

Stopover, one night. Overall Staff very friendly. Room needs some upgrading, although clean, could do with some re-furbishment. Patio chairs and indoor furniture bit tacky. Best was Pioneer Grill, EXCELLENT FOOD & SERVICE!

Solid breakfasts, slow geyser

The hotel has been in existence for quite some time and the lobby and stairs contain photographs and memorabilia from the dawn of the establishment of Nelspruit and environs. The room was clean, the bed massive and our small patio overlooked the gardens. The breakfasts were substantial – and it was an added bonus to be able to have a good espresso to accompany the meal – and the service was quick and solicitous. On the downside, I think it is time that they invested in upgrading their TV sets as well as their geysers supplying hot water to the rooms. It simply took an age to get up to lukewarm. But otherwise, a comfortable experience.

Ein schon in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Zimmer / Bäder riechen teilweise schon, der Teppichboden ist ausgebessert. Die Klimaanlagen sind ungewöhnlich, funktionieren aber gut!
