The location of the hotel is great. The food was decent. We stayed on the first floor by dinning area so it was a little noise at times.

This property is absolutely delightful. The property is very well kept and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We felt completely safe here in the beautiful City of Xalapa. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel is okay, nice decor,good breakfast, good location 6 blocks from the historic centro, the only mayor issue are the bad beds, needs more cushion on the mattress honestly is impossible to sleep

Worst hotel ever. First, they gave me the wrong room, the guy ay front desk for the night shift was playing games on the computer instead of helping and his face mask was never worn properly during our interactions. A/C not working and too loud, TV didn't even had an antenna it was useless, the room was full of dead bugs, no hot water, pillows and bed as hard as you can imagine… The hotel has a restaurant service in the morning, hotel rooms surround the restaurant and they start service (and noise) very early in the morning, getting rest is nearly impossible. I don't understand how the can call themselves a hotel, everything that could fail it failed.

Very nice and clean food was amazing loved it .only one thing that def needs improved is kind of a big thing for me is beds not very comphy as when you travel you want a good rest .other than that all good

Very Nice Hotel
Really nice hotel. Very clean. A little slow on check in but on the whole the staff were helpful. Good location. A short walk to downtown. Would recommend.

Very nice Hotel
Nice hotel. A little bit of echo but by 10:00pm is quiet. The hotel looks like an old "Mexican Hacienda". Great service and really good food. Very clean. Beds are not the best but a little more than OK. Bathrooms are clean. It's just a few blocks from the cathedral and from Parque Juarez. It's well located.

Good price, great location in Xalapa.
Located at walking distance from a lot a nice places in downtown and offers free parking and wifi. Bed, pillows and towels not so comfortable but overall very good value for your money.

We were there for 5 nights and had a great stay in the hotel. Good neighbourhood (although a litle farther from city centre than we thought. Ok walking down, as it is downhill, but coming back up is a challenge! Staff was fairly friendly, laundry service a 3 min walk away, easy to get a taxi, only complaint is that we were 2 in the room with 2 queen beds. Not big enough for us to sleep in together so we pushed them together. But there was still not enough room for our full-sized suitcases. We had to do a lot of shimmying and shuffling around the room to get around.

Great place to stay
This is a great hotel to stay at if you're visiting Xalapa. The staff is friendly and will help you if they can. Pretty clean and very interesting architecture. The hotel itself is in a very safe area, no problem walking around in the early evening not at night. The wifi was spotty in my room but worked great in the dinning area and lobby.

Sunday morning wakeup call!
The hotel was elegant and lovely. The staff treated us very well, indeed. The food was a bit challenging for intestinal systems not accustomed to Mexican food, but some would say that is to be expected anywhere in Mexico. The only thing I would have changed was the three piece band that was set up in the courtyard for the Mothers Day brunch. A lovely touch for those coming in for brunch, but not pleasant to have a band right outside our bedroom door and single pane glass windows! Most of the guests in the hotel were partying late at a family wedding reception. We never dreamed that a band would begin lively music at 10 am on Sunday morning. Make It Stop! Almost comical, it was so unexpected!

Great place to stay
I found the staff extremely helpful, especially Jorge Luis. He made suggestions of places to visit and then told me how to get there. The desk staff as well were very helpful when I was looking for tours. They phoned around for me to find the tour I wanted. Breakfast was included which is a nice perk.

Está muy ruidoso el hotel, muchos perros ladran día y noche, gallo también. Me preguntaron de firmar una tarjeta bancaria para la comisión Expedía aún todo estaba pagado, eso no se debe ser. Me dijeron que no se va a cobrar pero estoy esperando ver lo que va a pasar.
