"Firstly the staff were a joy! Maureen and Marco specifically made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveller. The food options are superb and fairly priced. Spa facilities are excellent and the treatments to die for!!!! The staff in the spa were so polite and friendly. I was made to feel like a VIP. Can’t recommend this place enough. While there was water failure which was no fault of the establishment and rain on that specific day, I still look beyond that and is objective with the overall service which we rate as excellent "
