We stayed in the smallest room that was just fine for 2 people. The room had a very small kitchen area that had enough utensils for us to prepare our own simple meals. Wifi was great but tv wasn’t able to connect to anything so we used our own devices for downtime entertainment.

Room not located anywhere near the Wurzburg Schloss (castle) as seen in the photo on Expedia. Room was very neat, cleanliness was the starpoint. However, the room was tiny, kitchenette counter had no space and no microwave. Property is in Rottenbauer, 20 lm plus from Wruzburg stadt. Host was accessible and nice.

Wonderful, wonderful

This is a really wonderful place to stay. We honestly can’t say enough nice things. It was a bit confusing to find ( looks like we were driving up someone’s driveway) and a bit complicated where in the building but then we were all in. So quiet and peaceful. Great shower, great sleep. Church bells st 6 am were ok for me, but maybe not everyone, loved that you had coffee too

Don't book this if you need to cook food

Kitchenette is nothing of the sort, it has a small work surface, a fridge and a sink. There is nowhere to leave crockery to dry and if you get the two ring hob down from where it is kept on top of a cupboard, it takes up the entire work surface meaning you now have nowhere to prepare food or serve up. They would be better off removing the kitchen entirely OR putting a larger set of units in and moving the kitchen table. Would not send us check in info until the day of arrival, and when we got there the keycode for the key safe was wrong meaning we had to call their emergency line. Washer and dryer down the hall was useful though. Crockery and cutlery looked like someone's bin ends - none of it (and I mean none of it) matched. Not actually in or even very near to Wurzburg despite listing implying it was on the outskirts.

Nettes Zimmer mit ausbaufähiger Ausstattung

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind recht neu und es war alles sehr sauber. Das waren aber auch schon die positiven Punkte. Leider gab es keinen Schrank für Kleidung und unser Koffer war auch irgendwie im Weg gestanden. Ab dem späten Abend hatten wir kein warmes Wasser mehr. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war leider auch nicht so leise was am Anfang etwas gestört hat. Die Seife im Seifenspender war für mich sehr unangenehm zu riechen. Die Kommunikation hat nur in englischer Sprache stattgefunden was ich sehr befremdlich fand.

Alles top bis auf die tiefen Schlaglöcher bzw Riesenpfützen an der Einfahrt. Der Bewegungssensor für die Beleuchtung hat leider so spät reagiert, so dass ich im Dunkeln knöcheltief im ersten Schlagloch gelandet bin.

Sehr schönes Appartment für viel Ruhe

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft. Wer etwas erleben möchte, sollte diese Unterkunft nicht wählen, da es ca. 12 km außerhalb von Würzburg und dort nichts weiter ist. Wir haben dieses Appartment bewußt gewählt, da wir von dort aus Tagestouren unternommen haben. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster geht allerdings auch nicht, da die Kirchenglocken jede viertel Stunde läuten. Kochen ist auch schlecht, da der Tisch sehr klein ist und die externe Kochplatte dort aufgestellt werden müßte. Das hat uns aber auch nicht gestört, da wir auswärts essen waren. Im Ort selbst gibt es nur eine Pizzeria, die Urlaub hatte. Wenn man mit dem Bus nach Würzburg fahren möchte, ist das alle 20 min. möglich, man fährt allerdings über zahlreiche Dörfer auch knapp 1 Stunde. Die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön. In einem anderen Raum gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Wir waren "im tapferen Schneiderlein", sehr schön dekoriert und nett eingerichtet. Riesiges Badezimmer!

Erg leuke studio, slecht bed

Erg leuke studio (nr 2) met klein keukentje. Gezellig ingericht, prima badkamer en alles schoon. Wij vonden alleen het bed niet fijn. Het bed kraakte en veerde heel erg bij zelfs de minste beweging. Verder goede ligging, niet ver van Würzburg.

Wir hatten Raum 5 (Frau Hölle) Positiv; Einfaches Check-in, Ruhige Lage mit Straßenbahn-Anbindung nach Würzburg, großes Bad, gutes Bett, zugewiesener Parkplatz. Negativ: kein Kleiderschrank, nur Kommode. Küchenzeile nicht zum Kochen oder für die Zubereitung eines guten Frühstücks geeignet (Kein Herd, nur Elektrokochplatte, kein Dunstabzug, beschränkte Auswahl an Gläsern), kein Geschirrspülmaschine und leider keine Geschirr-Trockentücher

It’s a very nice little apartment which was ideal for a two night stay of my friend and I. The bathroom is very modern and super clean. Unfortunately the dishes were not super clean and some lighting didn’t work. Aside from that is was very good.

Tolles, gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit einem super Duschbad in einer Wahnsinns Kulisse . Vor dem Schloss gibt’s Parkmöglichkeiten und im Ort ein Tegut, eine Bahnhaltestelle, einen guten Bio Bäcker, eine hervorragende Patisserie und ein italienisches Restaurant alles fußläufig. Wir sagen Danke!
