Great Polonia Dwarf Wrocław
Excellent choice for budget travellers. Room & en-suite clean & fine if you're spending most of your time out & about. Can't comment on staff as had no interactions with anyone.

Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town
Very nice place to stay. The only pity was that our window faced the inside rather than the outside, which forced us to keep the light on, as it was too dark otherwise. Aside from that, everything was very nice: great breakfast (lots of choices) and a perfect location.

The room was lovely and staff was very helpful. The sauna area is a bit small than what I would expect, and it can get quite busy
