"I like the fact the hotel is right on the beach and has parking for 1 car per room which is a real money saver. There is a walkway from the second floor straight out to the beach. The outdoor shower is next to the trach dumpster, a screen might be nice. Room has a kitchenette with pans and dishes and they were matching and no chips etc. My only real complaint is when I checked in with two adults and two 15 year old's, was that I was told I had to pay $30 more a night because they consider any...

"Room is basic and small which is not a problem but cleanliness is lacking. My sheets were stained and there was hair pieces on shower floor. Most surfaces around the hotel could use a good cleaning. No complimentary water either. For such basic property the price is too high and you can get similar hotels in the area for much less."

"This was a friend's trip so we were more than 5 families in the same hotel but a family has a dogs so they take then out of hotel and leave the dogs for 5 minutes when guy was waiting for the owners of dogs we explained to him but starts the show his was saying that he called the police and don't let go us into the hotel untill police arrived we were discussing this almost one hour "

"Thank you, thank you! We booked for a soccer tournament and had to book via a soccer app with the team. Not sure about those but the original location was dirty and noise, thank goodness Arrive was available and even let us check in early! That my friends was a godsend. Will definitely book again when in Wilmington!"
