"The Wedding Cake House was a unique and beautiful place to stay. The room was clean and had lovely tile work around the mirror and in the shower.The dining room was elegant and you could choose to have a continental breakfast by filling out a form with your food choices. It was about a 5 to 10 minute drive to College Hill where we spent a lot of time visiting Brown University and RISD. I would absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Providence. "This was a lovely place, close to Rt9, but seemed so far away! Our suite on the top floor was very clean and comfy, though tall people might beware of the dormer roof in the bathroom. A great spread for the continental breakfast in the dining room. And there are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Claudia is a great host, very helpful but not intrusive."

"We loved our stay here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and spacious. A perfect mix of historical charm and modern amenities. So many thoughtful details were considered throughout our stay such as fresh baked cookies at check in a lovely coffee/tea/snack area and newspapers available in the morning. "Beautiful. Very welcoming . Great staff. I felt at home. Homemade chocolate chip cookies and lemon water waiting in room, Quiet, windows open. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Stay here!!!
