"Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Waves. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were truly amazing from beginning to end. From the front desk to the beach staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The beach staff were especially helpful when we wanted to sign up for jet ski activities. They made the process easy and were happy to answer our questions. The beach and pool ambassadors were also fantastic throughout our stay, consistently checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The beachfront location was the true gem of our stay. Being able to walk out onto our balcony and enjoy a beautiful, true beachfront view made my birthday feel that much more special. Having the beach literally right outside the hotel was something we really appreciated. We also loved the spa and adults only section. The pool was a great size, our massages were wonderful, and we even enjoyed complimentary poolside massages during our stay, which was such a nice unexpected touch. The drinks were good, and overall we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the opportunity to relax and enjoy the property. What Could Be Improved The biggest area for improvement was definitely the food. It wasn't bad, but it was just okay"

"I have been to the crane about 5 times and everytime I visit I fall deeper in love with this resort. Itโs clean, beautiful and the people are amazing they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. I appreciate that thereโs always a kitchen in the rooms. My only complaint is the lighting as a woman who does her makeup every night on vacation, better lighting would be phenomenal. I canโt wait to come back the food, pools and beach are all 10 out of 10."

"We were guests of sugar bay for three nights in late August. Overall, the experince was positve.The location is ideal, food was good, and staff was generally helpful. But there were some things for improvement. I wasn't aware that you could only make a reservation to premium dining once for every three nights. I wish this was more explicit in the booking. Also,"

"Everything about this property is 10/10. The view, the cleanliness, the staff, the service. My room was modern/updated. It has a small balcony with an ocean view and it faced the restaurant next door. They even went the extra mile and had a sound proof door for the balcony so youโre not disturbed when the party starts. I cannot express enough how amazing the staff and owners are. They made me feel so welcomed and by the time I left I was family. As a single woman traveling alone, they were so helpful with booking transportation, excursions and even spa treatments. They go above and beyond for their guests. I encourage anyone to book here, you will not be disappointed."
