"Everything was great. The only complaint if I had to pick something would be you have to request housekeeping to come otherwise they dont, but it wasn't a big deal at all. Also the smoking benches are right near the door so we constantly had to walk by them and it gave us a headache. Other than that it was great."

"I would book again everybody was well polite nice the breakfast was good the rooms were clean the bathrooms were a little small but that's okay and parking was convenient the pool was nice it was nice to have one in every building so you didn't have to go chase it all the way completely down"

Love the convenience of parking right outside our door. A microwave in the room would be handy. We will plan to stay at Twelve Oaks on our next visit to Branson. "
