"Lovely room - large, comfortable and well maintained. The only issue was the lights - we couldn't work out which switches worked which lights - they were really confusing. Didn't spoil our stay, just frustrating. There was no information about the hotel facilities - no brochures seems standard now but also no information page on the TV and no-one mentioned whether there was a gym etc. Breakfast was nice. Very well positioned for the town."

"A great hotel option for our one-night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we used the pool which was very good. We didn't have an evening meal there however the buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The room was very comfortable and although paying for parking isn't the best option it was secure parking and there was a discount for guests."

"I was not sure about this hotel given the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. Maybe there has been a lot of improvements from past reviews? We had an executive room, we were just passing through but the room was great, bathroom clean if basic but a massive room and a massive tv which we never got to use. Not sure what else you could want for the price. We didn’t do breakfast but the lobby and food area looked really good. Car park and exterior doesn’t do it justice but happy we chose it for our splash and dash. I used the pool with my boy which was a nice way to start the day. "
