"The townhouse needs a lot of attention. Furniture was filthy. We sat on blankets and towels. Tub on 2nd floor barely drains. Water builds as you shower. Carpeting was extremely dirty. We wore shoes all day while inside. Walls have grime and greasy hand prints all over from first floor to 3rd floor. Toilet seat is completely broken on 2nd floor. Garage disposal seems to be clogged. It was overall poor conditions. "

"The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, mugs, and silverware but other than that it was pretty bare bones throughout.
