"I was a bit worried as it looked to be in an industrial area, but it was super nice. The gym was more than adequate and the breakfast was great."

"We loved the new-appearing room design, and especially the modern-looking bathroom (the shower door was a really cool curved glass slide door). Staff was very friendly. Downside: breakfast was an extra cost, ala carte style, expensive, and ran out of what I wanted on their limited menu. Besides that, I’d go here again."

"I hate to give bad reviews, but there are time when it becomes necessary. I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs). In addition, in our bathroom I found the shower fixture loose on the wall and an incorrectly installed electric outlet (a large gap between the wall and the fixture). The establishment was...

Either it was too cold with air being thrown down directly upon you while sleeping or if you reset temperature, it shuts off . Disappointed no restaurants in the hotel section. Parking ok …"

"It’s was a very nice stay. There are a few minor things that I noticed. A few bulbs in the room needed to be replaced and pillows were very flat and needed to be replaced. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well stocked. I liked that there was coffee and snacks in lobby and the breakfast was very good. Definitely would stay there again."

"Breakfast host & server was amazing. Only drawback was breakfast items were at times limited, however, she went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Only issue with my stay was two nights prior to leaving, a fight between a family at happened late at night in a room across mine. This occurred well after quiet observation hours which starts approximately 10 PM. This occurred after 11 PM at night, however, the incident died down after about 20 minutes of yelling,...

"Kids loved it!!!"

"The bed was very comfortable. I never figured out how to operate the air conditioner unit but the room was cool enough. The small refrigerator had a large block of ice in the freezer area...I told one of the counter men about it but since I had the do not disturb sign up they could not deal with it...not their fault. Bathroom was fine. The countermen were all exceptionally friendly and kind especially Quinn. If I have to come to Plainville again, I will seek to stay here."

"Our stay was generally pleasant, as the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, we noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom upon arrival. On a positive note, the breakfast was well-stocked and decent. Overall, it was a nice experience."
