"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and polite the only downfall we had is we woke up to no heat or hot water in the morning so could not shower before leaving"

" Bring your wine and booze to the room before you get to the hotel. Closest store is a 20 minute walk. Gift shop doesn’t sell any. The hotel needs a remodel top to bottom. Best part of the property is that it’s connected to the convention center. Digital check in still requires a wait for the key card. "

"The two things that I found that were disappointing was that they charge for breakfast rather then offering it for free like some of the less desirable hotels that I have stayed at. Lastly and I don't really hold it against the hotel is that due to some damage caused during the storm, the first floor was closed. But the hallway was covered with plastic that was dangerous for me to walk around with my current health issues. "

"The bed was squeaky, cobwebs in the ceiling and dust I was so unhappy I called and the receptionist was rude AF!! It was over all 0/10 my first time there!! "

"Everything was very clean, and the bed was really really comfortable. We had an event at the convention center so this was the perfect place. Would definitely go back when there wasn’t a ton of snow on the ground so we could check out the downtown Providence area."
