"It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. "Our air conditioner didn't work properly which made the room really hot as it was over 30 degrees celsius in Bath when we were there. Front desk staff tried to help but it seemed like the A/C unit just didn't work properly. They offered for us to switch rooms which we declined cause we were only staying for one night and it was already late, but they gave us a fan and a free breakfast which made up for the lack of A/C."
