"I should have checked the hotel reviews before booking, as I later discovered many similar complaints from other guests.
The hotel required us to pay a security deposit in cash as a condition of our stay. "The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door.
WiFi went out.
Coffee maker did not work.
Rooms on street side are noisy.
Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told.
Would never recommend. There is no staff on site."
