"We stayed at this hotel because our flight back home were canceled due to weather. It was the cheapest hotel for a reason. This hotel is dated, the pool was unavailable for the 4 nights that we were there, they advertised a laundry room which we were told by staff they did not have. No one came to clean our room or change our towels the whole 4 nights 3 days that we were there. They advertised business center which is just a computer at a small desk and chair at the check in desk. The WiFi/ broadband was poor , it timed out frequently. The one good thing they have is the breakfast. That was very good and was hot and fresh every morning . It’s definitely a “budget friendly hotel. "

"Very disappointed !!!! I had a few of my items stolen when I was not in the room.!! twice a staff member entered my room without knocking I am highly upset !!!!!!!!!!"

"40 minute check-in at 4:00 pm . One clerk available. Hotel was undergoing repairs. Room was basically a bed with a TV that was nearly impossible to operate, because the language was set in Spanish. A call for some help did not solve the language problem."

"A very nice, clean hotel with really friendly service. The breakfasts are decent and the daily baked cookies at 5 p.m. are wonderful. My family spent 3 nights at the hotel and were really pleased. I recommend it."

"The staff was extremely rude. The outside parking lot had trash and it smelled like piss. The room fridge was pack with disgusting food. From the previous stay. I called about my 75$ deposit and the receptionist hung up in my face. My wife called back and she explained she was upset because of a negative interaction she previously had with another customer which had nothing to do with me. The beds were not comfortable I got no sleep. The hallways smelled like dirty rug and the morning breakfast didn’t have much at all just an overall lousy stay "
