"I was moved to this hotel from the Hilton Garden Inn I originally booked unexpectedly due to some kind of renovation issue. The staff at the Residence Inn was really nice, but there was a VERY used bar of soap in our shower. I also didnt notice it until I was already in the shower, which was even more unsettling."
