"Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached out to us to discuss a reimbursement. Most of the individuals staying in the hotel are truckers or construction workers. I didn't feel safe having my 14 year old daughter taking our small dog to the front of the hotel by herself. People were smoking near the entrances of the hotel. Pool was closed...staff were not friendly or accommodating. So disappointing. Families stay away from this property!"

"The location was clean and inviting. The pool was smaller than precieved on the website lol but still clean and comforting... the staff was kind and helpful and funny... (love the week day morning lady that has been there for 17 years... she is cool!) Definitely will be back.... PLUS there is a texas shaped waffle iron in the breakfast room!!!!! Awesome.. and the batter was yummy as well... thank yall for the awesome mini vay-cay... Buuuuut.... the wifi did not work the entire time we were there... we got two different passwords that never worked and we were told it was"being worked on" the entire 3 day stay..."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed two nights at the Comfort Inn in Conroe, Texas, and I was very impressed. The hotel is only a few years old and is exceptionally clean from top to bottom. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The bathroom was also large and spotless. The entire hotel smelled fresh and clean, and all the amenities were exactly what I needed during my stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep both nights. Although I didn’t eat breakfast, the hotel provided a full breakfast buffet. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel in Conroe, I highly recommend it!"

"This hotel was decent for the price. It wasn't the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, but it definitely wasn't the dirtiest either. The property is older, but it appears to be reasonably maintained and served its purpose for a short stay. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay overnight, this hotel is a good option. Just keep in mind that it doesn't have some of the newer conveniences found in more modern hotels. For example, there were no built-in USB charging ports, so be sure to bring a wall adapter or charging block for your electronics. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay. Nothing fancy, but a decent budget-friendly choice if you just need a place to sleep for the night."

"This hotel has many issues- 1. The front staff stays in the back with a sign out front saying “we are helping other guests, we will be right back” unless you ring a bell. And then when you ring the bell, they come out from the back, and they act like you’re inconveniencing them. 2. The hotel is NOT ADA accessible at all. Neither sets of doors in the front have automatic openers (it’s double doors, back to back). Trying to get the doors open with a disability is very difficult, especially if you have luggage. There is very limited parking in the front, so you’ll likely have to park in the back, where the doors also have the same issue. There is no elevator, so if you’re on the second floor, you have a large, curved staircase to climb with luggage. 3. The fire alarm in the room will go off for 10 minutes straight if you shower with the door cracked (which is necessary since the fan in the bathroom is terrible). 4. The AC doesn’t actually take any humidity out of the room. It just makes everything cold and wet. My clothes literally were damp from the amount of humidity in the room, even with the AC set at 64*. 5. Parking at night is very sketchy. We parked at about 1230am (coming back from a wedding) and there were multiple people in the parking lot, some sitting on the curbs some sitting in lawn chairs, drinking 6 packs of beer. 6. The room smelled moldy, mildewy, damp, and wet upon arrival. Pros- 1. The shower had great water pressure. 2. Had a good size fridge."
