"This was one of the lower priced hotels in the area, but it was very nice. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again."

"Overall decent stay"

"24-hour coffee and tea would be great.""

"Black mold in the shower stall. Television had a static sound while trying to watch. But the most outlandish was when I went up to get a bottle of water and asked how much a bottle of water cost and was told $5.50 a bottle. I told the lady you can keep it, I can get a 40 count case from Walmart of 16 ounce bottles for $6.49 and you want $1.01 more for 1 bottle. The only good thing about this motel was the beds were clean and comfortable!!!!"

"Clean room an friendly staff."

"Is a good place for night stay the front desk personnel is always nice"

"There was no hot water during the first cold front of Texas the room was disgusting and the breakfast was horrible"

"The room was absolutely huge and wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful with a nice pool and a small pond that attracted a Blue Heron. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend this BnB for getaways, or weddings, or special occaisions. It was close to the Texas Renn Faire which was why we chose it. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
