"Breakfast had a fairly good range, although no yoghurt on both days and no pastries on the second. The room was clean, however there were hairs on the bath room floor, which went on to the floor mat. There were no coffee cups in the room, I did request these, but had to go and get from the restaurant a few hours later. "Owners very helpful and pleasant. Ample parking and short walk to accommodation. Dinner was excellent both in choice and presentation and taste, Breakfast there was a lot of various choices and again cooked fresh to order. Overall an excellent venue."

"Had to cancel my stay, yet they billed my credit card for 12 nights. Admin error at best, theft at worst. I'm letting my bank deal with it. Would not recommend unless this gets resolved. "

"The room was ideal for what I needed and was a lot warmer than first looked, with it being in the outbuildings I thought it would be freezing but it was sound. The breakfast was decent enough and overall the stay represented excellent value for money. It’s probably a lot more lively in the summer as the pub/restaurant was empty the night I was there which felt a bit strange. I would stay again if in the area with work."

"Fan went off every 20 seconds during the night, wasn’t aircon as that was switched off so not sure what it was but kept me awake all night. Door didn’t lock properly when vacating the room. Tried about ten times. Eventually got it to lock, but when I was inside the room had to put a chair against the door as I was unsure if it was locked from outside as I was a lone female traveller. Normally stay here for work but won’t be staying again. "
