"To have a good stay you need 3 things. Quiet rooms, good mattress, cleanliness.
The room and amenities were clean. The mattresses were hard and old. We had a joining doctor room and the person next door watched tv at 10pm, 2pm and 5pm. Woke me up for 30mins each time. "

"Perfect location for my plans. Staff were friendly and helpful with check in (using the keypad to enter room). Room was neat and tidy, the main room has been updated with fresh paint, modern light fittings, new floor coverings etc but the bathroom is quite outdated. Plenty of parking. Even though the hotel was on the Main Street, you could not hear the traffic noise. Within walking distance to shopping centre and food outlets. "

"Clean room with cold air conditioning.
I was disappointed with not having bowls/plates & cutlery though. Apparently you had to request which I did not see that information when booking online until I had arrived late with my kids amd resd it in the envelope. I then tried to get some bowls/ spoons in the morning but the front office was not open. Still wasnt when I left at 9.30 in the morning.
Otherwise overall it was comfy and clean. "

"Room was acceptable for the low price I paid. Aircon was missing all its louvres and unable to run quietly. Bathroom was water effected and cleaning product not wiped away making floor very slippery."
