"Hidden GEM in San Francisco. I live on the road a quarter of the year and mostly stay in Marriotts but sometimes I stay in budget rooms so I can pocket a little of that per diem. This is by far the best budget place I have ever stayed at. Convenient, safe, parking. Clean room, comfortable bed and nice shower. Centrally located and close to public transport. "

"Very clean room, nice bathroom with great water pressure and plenty of towels, very friendly staff at all locations, and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the secure parking facility. Breakfast is not free but there were several grab and go options which I utilized. "

"The hotel is beautiful, staff excellent, free breakfast great.. only complaint .. we were in suite 201… the only mirrors were in the bathroom.. my cousin was in suite 205… she had several mirrors in the suite and bathroom"

"Overall The Grove was a great stay. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean/comfortable & their check in/check out is simple. I appreciate that they offer luggage drop off & they also had our room ready a hour sooner than check in. Street parking is difficult to find but I was able to get a spot after doing some loops. I would stay here for my next visit."

"The front desk staff was super kind and friendly and it was an easy check in! It's in a great location an easy to get around with Lyft, buses, etc. Lots was open when I arrived late. I had to walk one block to get to Mel's Diner. The room was spotless, it's a bit older but it had everything you need and the floors were the cleanest floors I've ever seen in a motel. Will definitely be back. They offer free parking and WIFI as well. "
