"There were no staff at the property when I arrived but was soon able to access the code for the room, efficiently from the customer service number. The room was clean and well lit with plenty of storage space for a short stay, clean towels, shower and bed sheets were crisp white. Close to bus stops and parking at the property ample. Quite low key vibe"

"The hotel is very unique and worth a stay. The staff was great. The breakfast was good and convenient. The parking was extremely convenient and reasonably priced. The location was perfect with a short walk to Japantown, Polk Gulch, and Pacific Heights. Maybe twice that walk to Union Square and Civic Center. The beds in our room were overly soft, not sure about others."

"If you have a meeting at the Presidio, the location is hard to beat. You can roll out of bed and practically be there. Like many hotels on Lombard, this Travelodge is pretty basic. If you are looking for a clean room with a decent shower, you should be pleased. The one aspect of the room that I give a terrible rating to is the wi-fi system. It sucks. It is not a secure system, which makes it pretty hard to do certain kinds of work. It constantly requires you to sign in, and since I don't...

"We were put in a room directly across from a bar/club loud music in our room until 2pm. The bathroom outdated and rundown."

"Parking is limited and it's first come, first serve. But we found a handicapped parking space, which I am, and right in front of our room. Perfect! The room itself was perfectly clean, no issues whatsoever. I had requested a bottom floor room because I'm handicapped and they have no elevators to reach the upper floors. He had one waiting for me, excellent room, no issues whatsoever. As far as the surrounding area, upper middle class neighborhood, plenty of shops to visit and great food...
