"Location is really nice for seeing the historic parts of the city and close to transportation. Room was clean and big but decorated with brown, plastic furniture lacking character. The front desk wasn't helpful or friendly when asking a simple question. However, like the name, this hotel has fantastic pillows."

"Incredible friendly staff, they let us into the room in the morning, so we did not have to wait for the regular check in time. They also helped us with guidance to the places around. The room was nice and clean as expected. Breakfast buffet was outstanding for the money - very tasty and a lot of choices."
