"Stayed for one night for a match at Molineux. Staff were brilliant, very friendly, great pre match food and top class breakfast."

"Front desk staff is why I felt safe. Young Black man at the front desk address all my concerns so quickly and was so helpful, I wish I remembered his name. Did not like my room felt a bit outdated "

"The hotel is in an ideal location with reasonably priced onsite parking. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was a good price and had a good selection. For the price it was very good, I would defiantly recommend. "

"I demand a refund. I waited in the dark in the rain for the host to give me the code to get in. The host did not answer calls. This was an emergency to get to the nearby hospital to visit a critically ill relative. I did not stay and booked another place "

"This was cancelled the afternoon before we were due to travel the next morning.as you can appreciate this is unacceptable and very stressful for our family.thought it was disgusting to do that at such short notice."

"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

"Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. "
