"The overall property was great, including the staff (superb). The problem was the hot water was broken, and unless you asked, no one was going to say anything. As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights or without hot water without any kind of a follow-up. "

"Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. "Staff was amazing! Hotel was decent and clean. No lobby/lounge area except for the roof top but it was small. Really no options if you wanted to get out of your room. Bonus: Breakfast was included. "

"The hotel is located close to constant spring Ave where all the restaurants and live action is. The hotel and staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was excellent. No excessive noise and surrounding were safe for walking to the grocery store, a 20 min walk. I enjoyedy stay at the Hotel Four Seasons."

The staff who greeted us was so delightful and fixed an issue right away.
