When I first arrived, there was a small issue with the toilet in my room. However, thanks to the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff, the situation felt much more manageable. They were understanding and attentive, and the problem was resolved promptly the next morning. What truly stood out during my stay was the level of hospitality. The team made sure that everything was handled quickly and with genuine care for the guest experience. Overall, it was truly a pleasure being a guest at this hotel. "Nobody gets in before 3 PM so although you wait all day if you’re an American flying in you then have a line of most of the people checking in. It was just a mess and unnecessary way to do things if you’re coming into Frankfurt in the morning, find a better hotel. "
