"We stayed here for one night for an early morning visit to Brewster Academy. The property looks like is was well kept. The last working the evening shift was really nice and helpful checking us in. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very rude. We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity. The room was okay. Nothing special and...

"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"This is a beautiful historic property in downtown Rochester New Hampshire. I really enjoyed my stay and my room was super nice. My only complaint is that they have either rubber or plastic sheets to protect the mattress on the bed and that makes for a very hot and sweaty night. Did not sleep well for that reason, otherwise everything else was fantastic!"

"This hotel is NOT even close to what it looks like in the pictures. It is a dilapidated, very dated hotel in need of a gut and complete replacement of everything. The indoor pool is empty, the grounds are littered and frankly scary to stay there, we got in and got out as quickly as possible in the morning. For the price.. this was WAY WAY over priced.."

"Check in/ check out we’re very easy. The room was extremely clean. It was pretty quiet there also. Breakfast had a decent selection, if things ran out, someone refilled it quickly. It’s close to the highway too. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Had to flush the toilet at least 3 times before it emptied, continuous running. The 2 chairs in the room were extremely old and had no cushion to say, very uncomfortable. No elevator on our side of the building, only on the side that had suites. The crew could not keep up with keeping enough breakfast items out as they consistently looked out of items that were in the cupboards below. The pillows were terrible. "Wonderful stay"

"As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...
