"It was not a $243 a night hotel. The noise from the cars going by was constant. The towels had a bad smell, and the tv remote was not working. It was overall clean and the staff was helpful, but it's a $100 per night hotel at best."

"We booked last minute to stay over and enjoy an extra day at the beach, and it was a particularly good deal being off season. For the price this was everything we needed - clean room, microwave, mini fridge, free parking garage, and easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants/bars. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus! Thanks to Gold Leaf for the hospitality!"

"My family stayed at The Avenue II for 4 days in May. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. The beds were perfect, the room was large for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and very clean! We had a FULL breakfast everyday which held down our meal expense. The indoor pool was delightful for my rambunctious toddler granddaughters. There were so many nice extras to our stay, to many to count! The staff was very friendly and kind. Thanks again! Peter for your kindness throughout our stay. It would have been nice to have the hotel shuttle running at that time. My grandchildren were not fans of walking back and forth to the boardwalk during our stay. We can’t wait till next year to return to this wonderful hotel/motel. The Avenue. "
